Responsibilities:
-HR data accuracy audits and updates
-Focus population metric audits and updates
-Career development plan audits and data updates
-Compile and analyze performance development plan data to feed into overall training plan
-Coordinate with Alcatel-lucent Program Management on trainings for Focus Population
-Vendor interviews and analyses
-Monthly Reporting
-Research, as required

Requirement:
-3-4 days/week
-fluent English speaking and writing
-good communication skill
