Location：Shanghai
Job Description:
-Carry out market research of investment opportunities in line with corporate strategies
-Coordinate and/or perform deal sourcing through various channels within the VC/PE circuits
-Support the investment team in preparation and coordination of deal proposal and execution
-Coordinate and support internal/external routine management of portfolio companies
Requirements:
-Good communication and inter-personal skills; passionate, resourceful, and accountable
-Competent in bilingual (English/Chinese) writing; mastering of MS Office (PPT/XLS/DOC) documents work is a must
-Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering; previous background in ICT industries and/or equity investment deemed a plus
-Master’s degree in Finance or MBA as a plus;
-Length of engagement: 6 months up, longer preferred
