任务：
1.负责策划和组织跨文化活动项目体系
2.利用校园线上线下的宣传策略吸引当地大学生和外籍人士
3.公司部门与合作伙伴，活动参与者之间的内部外部协调
4.外部洽谈合作组织，赞助商，媒体等
5.负责校园团队成员的招新，晋升，辞退，成员信息管理等团队建设工作
基本要求：
1.在校大学生
2.主动性强，较强的组织能力及协调能力，有很好的团队协作意识
3.良好的普通话和英语书面及口头表达能力

Job Title: Campus Project Leader
Job Length: Part time /paid internship
Job Description
Wordoor is a “Social Language Learning Community” which provides its users with platforms to access and create personalized language and cultural content from around the world. We are currently developing a new business project based in Shanghai, China where we will be looking for young, enthusiastic and keen leaders to help us create and organize a series of offline cross culture events and build brand awareness for our product. The leader will play an integral role in building a team to plan, execute and evaluate a full line up of events. The project will provide students with an opportunity to move successfully into continuing an educational pathway and entering the workforce within their desired industry. Students will receive business oriented training in management, marketing and operations from an international team of dynamic individuals who will give guidance and support throughout the project.
Tasks
1.Planning co-ordination and management of cross cultural events
2.Growing a database of local and international college students to promote events to using online & offline promotional strategies.
3.Internal & external coordination between company departments, partners, and event participants
4.Collaborating with partnerships, sponsors and media.
5.Responsibilities in recruitment, management and team promotion
Requirements:
1.University students
2.Must be self organized, driven with a good initiative
3.Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and a high level of English.
